Mansi Garg

Ms. Mansi Garg, after graduating in Commerce and Law and completing her Masters in Law, started practicing law as an advocate since the year 2009 before the Madhya Pradesh High Court. After completing her training in mediation by Madhya Pradesh State Legal Authority in the year 2011 she has conducted several mediation cases in High Court as well as District Courts. She was appointed as Advocate Commissioner by High Court and has also participated in Consultation on Amendment of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2000 and its Amendment Act 2006 organized by the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, Indore. She specializes in drafting of objections, appeals, petitions and research on subject relating to indirect and allied taxes.
