She completed her Masters in (Business law), Practicing since 2006 at Kanpur, Lucknow, Nagpur and Delhi in the matters relating to Indirect Tax (GST), Custom, IBC Act, Debts due to Banks & Financial Institutions, Property related matters, Industrial & Labour related matters, and other matters of Civil Nature. Also work for NGO’s as a Legal Counsel. Standing Counsel for Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) for handling cases pertaining to Indirect Tax before High Court of Mumbai at Nagpur Bench, NCLT, NCLAT and other fora. Standing Counsel for Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) for handling cases before NCLT, CGIT, DCDRF, SCDRC, NCDRC, DRT and Lower & District Courts.
