S.P. Ojha

Mr. S.P. Ojha has served the Central Excise Department in different capacities and has retired as Superintendent Central Excise in the year 1995. He has a vast procedural experience relating to Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax. He was honoured for his performance and dedication to the department. He was given several rewards for detection of evasion of duty and seizure of smuggled goods including gold. After retirement, he is providing consultancy services in Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand & Chattisgarh and is regularly appearing before all the authorities of the department and also before CESTAT at New Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai.
